When you see me again somewhere down the open road
You’ll be saying it then -
“You look different than before”
And I’ll say “No it’s not true”
Blame it on the light of day
But I’ll be worse off than you
Now I’m crying as you say
“We gotta live separate places
We gotta start over on separate coasts
You gotta see scary new faces
You gotta move on
You gotta move on
You gotta move on and live your kind of life”
In a vacant lot somewhere by an old hotel
I’ll think of what I forgot and say “Oh it’s just as well”
Then I’ll be sitting inside staring at a bad TV
Something happy has died and now what’s become of me
Cheeses crust, this is amazing bedroom DIY art. Beautiful & lush sounds flow smoothly down like a delicious shake. The nice sour-esque, but sweet fuzz adds such a nice balance to the latter.
Nice groovy moments abound, as well. It feels really personal, like a portion of her diary is exposed for us to devour deliciously.
Really excellent pop, but that does no justice for this amazing record.
"you don't want to see me like this..."
Thank you Jay Som so much for your ☠️work☠️ CoughCool
A deep world of introspection released at a time when it seemed like our own thoughts were the only thing we could even try to control or understand. Punisher may not have necessarily been a product of the time, but it was definitely a fitting collection for the occasion. Caleb Wallace
Synths abound on the new single from Hearts and Rockets—icy cold, sharp, and minimal, and topped with a punk rock sneer. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 22, 2020
